Dan and Ann….
“It was just another regular party out with friends hoping to have yet another memorable night. It was going well great crowd, good music, happy people… until i spotted her, beautiful lady at the other end of the room. Without wasting another minute, I approached her. Our conversation was short, she did not want to say too, i figured it is because i was a stranger. I figured the logical thing to do was to get her number, we will talk better later, when the environment will be more conducive for a conversation, but she said no, flat out. i accepted her answer, this was a challenge, and i was not one to back down. i was a man who knew what he wanted and went for it, and this beautiful lady was up on my list.”
“He seemed like a good guy, but don’t they all. I had come for the party, to have a good time, then head home and have my proper rest. That is why i did not give him my, some would say i was playing hard to get but what is so wrong with that, I was not going to move with anyone’s pace but mine. I must say of all things his persistence impressed me, he just never gave up, no matter how many times i rejected him. Eventually i decided to give him a chance, if we did not click he could at least leave me alone finally. That is one decision i will never regret, looking back now, I’m glad things happened the way they did, because soon enough he was asking me to be his wife. Off course i said yes.”
The wedding day……
Their day began at the PCEA Church Kahawa Sukari, this was where the service took place, the church looked lovely, feeling with people that shared their joy, when Dan was pronounced Ann’s husband, and Ann, John’s wife, right in front of loved ones, they made that covenant with God. The reception was at the Safari Park, colorful, joyful it was a wonderful day…… I wish the couple the best, happiness, growth of their family, and God’s guidance through it all.
